All Junior Debutantes must have a parent who is an active member of the BWC and/or PMC in good standing for a minimum of two years for their daughters to be considered for nomination.

In addition, all Junior Debutantes must be nominated by a member of the BWC or PMC. Nominations must be made by someone other than the parent. All nominations are reviewed and approved by the BWC.

Nomination forms must be completed by an active member of the Ballet Women's Committee. A BWC member may not nominate her own daughter.

Nominees must be of good moral character and actively involved in their community to be considered.

All Nominations must be turned in by Friday, May 11th.
